I. Prerequisites for using eSIM
To use eSIM, your device must meet the following requirements:
- The device itself supports eSIM functionality.
- The device is not locked by the carrier or network.
- The device is not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).
Note: Some device models in certain regions may not support eSIM. This list is updated periodically but does not cover all devices. If you cannot find your device, please contact the manufacturer to confirm eSIM support.
II. List of devices supporting eSIM (as of February 2025)
(a) Apple devices
1. iPhone series
Supported models:
- iPhone 16 series (iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max)
- iPhone 15 series (iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max)
- iPhone 14 series (iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max)
- iPhone 13 series (iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max)
- iPhone 12 series (iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max)
- iPhone 11 series (iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max)
- iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR
- iPhone SE (2020 and 2022 models)
Apple devices that do not support eSIM:
- All iPhone devices in mainland China
- iPhone devices from Hong Kong and Macau (excluding iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS)
2. iPad series
The following models only support the Wi-Fi + Cellular version:
- iPad (7th generation and later models)
- iPad Air (3rd generation and later models)
- iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation and later models)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later models)
- iPad Mini (5th generation and later models)
3. Special Notes for Apple Devices in Turkey
- For iPhones and iPads set up after June 23, 2020: eSIM will be automatically activated after installation. If it is not activated, please contact your carrier.
- Devices set up before June 23, 2020: Activation requires following the specified steps (data may need to be erased, please back up your data beforehand).
(ii) Samsung devices

- Pixel 3 models in Australia, Taiwan, and Japan, as well as Pixel 3 models purchased through US/Canada non-Sprint and Google Fi carriers.
- Pixel 3a models purchased in Southeast Asia and using Verizon services

The device support information listed in this article is current as of February 2025. Device manufacturers may introduce new models or update support policies, so it is recommended to refer to official information.
Versions of the same model may have different features in different countries/regions. Please check whether the local version supports eSIM before purchasing.
